The Story

Designed by RCDF Studio, the space successfully creates separation between departments while maintaining an open concept with 80+ assigned desks. The central pods, which became a focus point for its appealing design, housed the common areas such as the kitchen and conference rooms.

S3 collaborated with the client, designer and architect of record, Shlemmer Algaze Associates, in order to work in occupied spaces without affecting the operations of the surrounding tenants. The culmination of the efforts put forward by the project team resulted in a project delivered on schedule and within budget to allow Mathnasium to continue their efforts in educating children.
